RETURN POLICY

– Product Replaceable Only If Product Is Damage Or Any Mechanical Fault

Customers have to self-ship the product(s) within 7 days from an order has been delivered. Before self-shipping product(s), kindly email the images of the product(s) along with the original receipt, tags, labels and packaging of the order shipped at support@santoshsales.com. Once we approve by giving confirmation email to self-ship the product then only you must return the product.  

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@santoshsales.com and we will get back to you.  

Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account as per your convenience.  

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on email at support@santoshsales.com.  

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. 
Except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery, for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer. Please also note that, if you enter your bank details during the return request, all the refunds related to this order will be done only through bank transfer. 

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. 

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process. 

You will only receive the amount paid for the product(s) excluding shipping charges.
